Small change of plans! The chapter that I intended to release tomorrow still needs a lot of work, so I’ve decided to release a Legends Short Story instead rather than delaying it for a few days.
The next chapter of VE: Conquest is going to be pretty large, and there are a few scenes that I’m not quite happy with yet. I also decided yesterday that I am going to add a scene between Lalian and Salduin that is important, so I’d rather take the time to do it right instead of rushing it.
Pacing is also something that I’m trying to find the right balance to. I don’t want yet another chapter about traveling across the entire desert (as much as I am heavily interested in fleshing out the world further, I think readers get the point of the desert by now), and I’ve realize the glacial pace of the story really needs to pick up a bit.
The Short Story that will release tomorrow will focus heavily on impregnation, as the main character will breed multiple women for a very specific reason that I think is pretty interesting.
