Kirshs are small creatures with insectoid wings and a slender blue body. They possess four finger-like mandibles in place of a jaw, and their wings move quicker than an average eye can see, allowing them to make precise movements and instant stops midair.

Behavior

One of the few creatures in The Deep Jungle that are friendly to humanoids, Kirshs only hunt small insectoids. They are highly intelligent, and they can memorize the scent of specific individuals.

Location

Kirshs are located on The First Continent, specifically in The Deep Jungle around The Holy City of Aslyd.

After the destruction of The Deep Jungle year 758 BVE, the population of the Kirshs was vastly cut down, and only a select few could be found roaming The First Continent.

Uses

The Cavaries of The Holy City of Aslyd train Kirshs to carry messages on rolled leaves held by their jaw mandibles.
