Vaid Empire: Conquest
Chapter 122

35th of Silla, 21 AVE.
Kingdom of Wonakaros, Deep Desert.
A horrid night came to an end as the sun peeked over the horizon, yet the morning light brought no peace.
Storming through dozens of legionaries, Knights, and Truthseekers that all stood on guard around the tiny courtyard, the only open space between the cramped buildings, Cendra found her son.
All of House Vaid had filled the courtyard. As The God Emperor held his burning sword ready, the tiny open space became their stronghold.
Cliax sat upon the base of the small statue in the center of the courtyard while Vixin tended to him. Staring blankly, he was snapped from his thoughts the moment his mother snatched his chin. She inspected him swiftly, gritting her teeth at the sight of the dried blood upon his neck.
“I’ll kill them,” Cendra seethed. She turned to her father with glowing eyes. “I’ll spill their blood for daring to lay a hand upon my son!”
Cautious of her sister’s rage, Vixin carefully continued to clean her nephew’s wounds. Though far from deep, they had to be tended to. She granted Cliax the gentle touch he needed while his mother’s anger burned.
In the shadow of the short statue, Nafalya remained beside Hesin’s corpse where he had been placed. She had refused to leave the chamber without him. Hardly did she look up, peering down in silence at his cold and lifeless form.
The thick ring of guards parted only to permit a group of Truthseekers inside. They dragged forth two Arkos women, bound and beaten. “These two were captured while lighting fires among the legion’s camp, your holiness,” one of the masked women explained as she bowed before her ruler. “All others escaped.” A half-truth, for the Arkos that had fought beside Hesin’s murderer was already in their grasp, her wounds tended to by Healers. She wouldn’t be permitted to escape the wrath of House Vaid by dying.
Cendra’s maddened gaze fell upon the captive pair. With boiling blood, she abandoned Cliax and drew her sword.
She prepared to hack them both to pieces, yet The God Emperor moved swiftly. Snatching her wrists in his grasp, Dominax held his daughter tightly. “No.” His tone offered no debate. “Not yet.”
Struggling against his grip, she was overpowered. Her rage had been her shield. Denied of her vengeance, her anger began to crumble to reveal what truly rested beneath. She blinked back a dampness that gathered in her eyes. When at last he released her, she stormed away through the guards.
Dominax let her go. She would have her revenge, as would Nafalya, though only after he learned all their prisoners could provide. Blood would spill drop by drop until they had nothing left to give.
As Cliax stared at the beaten Arkos pair, he felt Vixin’s gentle hand cleaning the blood from his neck. Arinax and Zela remained close at his side. Their awe for the Wonak had all but been slain.

Climbing a high dune, Salik looked back at the nomadic village. A black figure in the desert, injured, though alive, he once again fled from his foe.
Far in the distance, none would see him. Long had he escaped his pursuers. They could search all they liked, yet the desert was vast, and he was but a man.
He should have been a dead man. Touching the scorch mark on his bodysuit, he remembered the heat of the Knight’s flames. He had encountered the spawn of his enemy before while capturing potential breeders and future soldiers for The Potentate’s army, though they had been weak, untrained, or mere children. For the first time, he had stood against fully trained Vaidspawns, and he had lived. The only gifts he had ever received, his equipment, had performed exactly as The Potentate had promised.
Looking down at his wounded hand, he watched black Dril blood drip from where Lord Hesin’s dagger had pierced it. A deep wound, it would require time to heal. A drop of his blood fell to the dark sand below as he thought of the dead assassin.
Their mission had failed, though The God Emperor had lost an experienced and trusted advisor. The Empire was lesser than it was before yesterday’s sun had fallen. It was a small victory, though one that would not save the Arkos kingdom.
Looking back at the Wonak once more, he offered nothing but silence for Naram. She had fallen. If she was still alive, she’d never escape The Empire’s grasp. In truth, he hoped she had received the mercy of death.
He wouldn’t deny that she had earned his respect. So too had Lord Hesin. Both were now gone, and he could offer the memory of them both nothing more than a wordless bow of his head.
Turning his back upon his lost ally and dead enemy, he strode towards his purpose once more. His task remained. Descending the dune, he marched towards the area where they had planned to regroup. With the sound of black sand crunching beneath his boots, he reunited with his fellow Dril and what remained of Naram’s Tolkarik assassins.
The prince was beyond their reach. Salik would heal. He would plan.
He would set his eyes upon a new target.
***
Naram tried to move, only to hear the jingling of chains. Her flexible body strained, feeling the cold steel against her bare skin. She breathed through her nose while a gag concealed her mouth, her muffled sounds of exertion echoing quietly through a room she could not see. Blindfolded, she was lost to darkness.
Struggling, she felt her naked body swaying. She knew only that she was suspended horizontally in the air, presumably hung from the ceiling by the chains that were locked around her wrists and ankles, forcing her arms and legs behind her back in a position that grew more uncomfortable with every passing minute.
Minutes became hours, and her body began to ache.
Hearing only her own breaths, she was utterly alone in her prison of darkness. She could do nothing but wait, feeling a shiver run up her spine at her increasing realization of just how bare and vulnerable she was. Only her tail could move freely, flicking helplessly as she awaited whatever horrors awaited her.
She could feel a bandage tightly wrapped around her forearm. It was no mercy. Beginning to tremble, she wished that she had bled out.
Fighting to calm herself, only the thought of Karak offered comfort. Naram could merely pray that the snow dweller had cut down the humans after she lost consciousness. She prayed that the little prince was in the grasp of their allies. She prayed that The God Emperor would kneel to the threat that they would execute their royal hostage or see reason and bargain with The Kromak at the very least.
She could only pray, for nothing else was in her grasp.
If she was doomed to the horrid fate before her, she had to believe Karak and her family would be safe.
The sound of rusty hinges squeaked loudly as a door opened. Naram squirmed, swaying in the air.
Someone had entered, yet she heard nothing after the door was sealed once more. Lingering in a painful silence, feeling only the air caressing her naked form, she knew every inch of her was vulnerable to whoever was in the room with her.
Anticipation was agony. She muttered into her gag, though she didn’t beg for mercy. Even the freedom to curse her enemies had been taken from her, yet still she tried.
“You killed him.”
Three cold words echoed through her prison. They froze the blood in Naram’s veins.
“Grand Master Hesin,” the voice continued. Uttered in a smooth, deadly tone, they were the words of a woman. Naram shivered. The stranger’s lips were mere inches from her ear. “Did you know his name when you brought his death?”
Her chains rattled as she squirmed. There was no escaping the cold, calculating hate of the stranger’s words.
“He was a founder. A father. A lover. Now he is a corpse.” The voice let her prey linger in silence for a long moment. Naram could almost feel the woman’s eyes watching her squirm. “Oh, your blade didn’t end his life. Your companion’s hands were stained with his blood, though yours are no less tainted.”
Mind racing, Naram pieced together what must have occurred. Her fluency in the human tongue was more crude than any other language she spoke, yet she understood enough. Salik had killed Hesin, and if so, was the prince indeed in his possession? Despite the cold hate uttered into her ear, she felt the first warmth of true hope. It was a fragile thing, faint and withering, yet perhaps all was not lost.
“That pleases you? Curious.” The voice began to move, circling her with icy hate. “My nephew lives. My son lives. Whatever you hoped to achieve, you failed.”
The words were all Naram had feared. Her hope died a cold death.
She didn’t have long to simmer in her despair. As her captor tore away her blindfold, she winced as her eyes were abruptly exposed to the light of the chamber. Squinting, she found that she was inside a dirty room bare of all decoration. Alone with her captor, she was met with the sight of a beautiful human woman in revealing white robes standing before her hanging body. The hooded woman grabbed her chin, forcing her to meet her deadly silver eyes. Naram scowled back.
Mother to one of the princes and aunt to the other, she could only be Princess Cendra or Nafalya. Seeing the hood of a Truthseeker, however, Naram held no doubt of her identity.
Hate meeting hate, only the sound of the door opening again behind the princess made her release Naram. Stepping aside, Nafalya turned to greet whoever approached with a quiet bow of her head.
There, in the doorway, a tall man stood in white armor. With his crown high atop his head, his glowing eyes were as silver as the princess’s. Never had Naram seen him before, yet she knew who he must be. The God Emperor himself had come.
She squirmed, jingling her chains as he approached step after step. The sound of his boots upon the hard floor echoed off the dirty walls as he loomed before her. Stopping mere inches from her hanging body, he peered down with contempt.
“You are the daughter of The Kromak. Naram, his secondborn,” he said, his tone a deep rumble. Her utter surprise made him chuckle without humor. “Your companions bled much before they spoke your name. Ah, though don’t curse them quite yet. They bit off their tongues before they spoke a word of your mission. A shame, for now I have no use for them.”
Naram’s heart raced as he began to circle her as his daughter had, running his hand down her helpless back.
“Yet I may have a use for you if you are indeed who they claim. Daughter of The Kromak. His flesh and blood.” His fingers traced over her grey skin. “I can sense your bloodline, your siblings, your father, yet I’ve never met the man. I do not know the shape of his soul. Until he kneels before me, I’ll have to trust your word.”
Even with her limited understanding, the human’s words were strange enough to make her shiver. Tremble at his deep tone, she felt his fingers drag down the side of her smooth thigh. He lingered a moment behind her. The hanging position of her bound body left her completely exposed. When he resumed his pace, he halted again when he stood before her.
“Answer truthfully, child. My curiosity is all that has spared you from sharing the fate of your companions, yet deception shall earn you a far worse end.” His expression offered no mercy as he looked down at her. “Are you who they claim you are?”
With her limbs aching from the uncomfortable position, she had never felt more doomed. The human woman watched her silently from just behind The God Emperor, two otherworldly beings regarding her with contempt. Knowing resistance was useless, she nodded. Unsatisfied, her captor tore away her gag, making her wince. The strange glow of his menacing gaze restrained every curse she had wished to hurl, reducing her reply to a weak whisper. “Yes.”
The God Emperor studied her closely. His satisfaction was a cold thing, for her honesty earned her no compassion. “Very well. If you were anyone else, I would tear you to pieces with my own hands for daring to put a blade to my grandson’s neck. Finger by finger, limb by limb, your death would not be a gentle one. That is to say nothing of your part in Lord Hesin’s death,” he said while she looked up helplessly at him. “Perhaps that shall indeed be your fate, yet soon I shall march against your supposed father. I would be curious to see his response when he learns that his secondborn is in my grasp.”
At that, Naram felt the same dull ache she had felt since she was old enough to know that The Kromak had eyes only for her elder sister. “You…shall be disappointed.”
“Perhaps. Perhaps not.” The God Emperor turned to his daughter. “Until I know her true value, I require her unharmed.”
“Father…” The Princess’s silver eyes showed a hint of desperation. “What of Hesin? Of Atrix? You know I-”
He stopped her with a finger to her lips. “Unharmed, though not untouched. There are ways to take your vengeance without leaving a scratch.”
Lips tightening, she nodded. When her attention returned to Naram, her cold expression made the Arkos shiver.
The God Emperor turned his back to his prisoner, leaving her to the mercy of his daughter. When the door was sealed behind him, they were left alone.
“Hold…a moment,” Naram said as the princess studied her. She scrambled to find the proper words in the human tongue, her accent heavy. “I can offer you…nothing. I know nothing. We departed before The Holy Kromak could make his…” She searched, her heart racing and her pronunciation crude. “His…strategy, his plans for battle.”
Nafalya merely stared, pondering. She didn’t care. Today wasn’t about gaining information.
Making her choice, her fingers glided over her victim’s smooth skin. Reaching under, she found her firm breasts. A finger brushed over a nipple, and as Naram quivered in fear, she yelped as a spark of electricity jumped from the tip of the princess’s finger.
It was only a taste.
“Wait…I-” Naram’s words turned to a scream of agony, feeling Nafalya pinch her nipple as electricity erupted between her fingertip and thumb. Electrocuted, an Arkos assassin was reduced to writhing flesh hanging from the ceiling.
Her screams did not ease Nafalya’s scowl.
When at last the electricity ceased, Naram fell limp in her chains, gasping. She felt as if every ounce of energy had been ripped from her body, leaving her utterly exhausted. “P…please…”
Nafalya ignored her muttering. She claimed her other breast. Offering her little time to rest, she pinched both nipples at once and resumed her electrocution.
Naram’s screams filled the dirty chamber. Her chains rattled wildly. The daughter of The Holy Kromak, worshiped by her father’s people, cried in agony in her dirty cell.
Once more, Nafalya released her. Once more, her victim hung limply, gasping, trembling.
“M…mercy…”
Nafalya offered her none. Where had their mercy for Hesin been?
Electricity flowed from her fingertips. She coaxed her power, maintaining it for longer each time she stopped and resumed, careful to avoid stopping her victim’s heart. If she must live, she’d beg for death.
As Nafalya bathed in her screams, her agony, she found her joy to be hollow. She focused, forcing herself to savor her enemy’s pain. The memory of Hesin’s blood fueled her power, yet her rage withered with every passing minute.
Releasing her, she listened to Naram’s pained breaths. She thought the sound would please her. She thought the girl’s agony would diminish her own. As a hollow pit lingered inside her, Nafalya sought to fill it with her screams.
“D…don’t…” Naram fought to mutter as her torturer crept to her side. A hand slid up her helpless thigh, making her tremble as human fingers brushed Arkos labia. “N…no…please…”
Cold silver eyes watched her squirm. Nafalya teased her prey, caressing vulnerable lower lips before pinching Naram’s clit. When electricity poured forth, she sought to make the world hear her enemy howl.
Always had Naram prepared herself for an unfortunate end whenever she left Arkos-Tul. The possibility of capture or death was always a risk. Now, as her screams echoed beyond the dirty chamber, she knew that nothing could have possibly prepared her for such horrid pain.
Minute after minute, Nafalya’s power flowed. She tortured her victim’s clit, then her nipples, rotating between her most sensitive areas. When she reduced the assassin to a whimpering and broken prisoner, she didn’t stop. When Naram fought to beg for mercy, she didn’t stop. The Arkos lost consciousness twice, only to find herself ripped back to her horrid reality by Nafalya’s cruel fingers.
Nothing could save her. The princess asked her no questions. She sought only her destruction.
The memory of Hesin’s blood lingered with every scream, yet Naram’s agony couldn’t wash it away. Gritting her teeth, the hollow pit inside Nafalya remained untouched.
When Naram fell unconscious once more, she let her hang in her chains. Looking down at her hands, Nafalya watched her crackling electricity wither and die. Her vengeance brought her no satisfaction. She could make the Arkos scream for as long as she liked, yet never would her agony bring Hesin back.
Taking a final look at the limp assassin, she sighed, feeling tears threatening to return to her gaze. Once more, she held them back as she marched towards the door, a hollow shell as she abandoned her prisoner.

As the falling sun cast long shadows across the Wonak’s back, Vixin was lost to her work. With Yisi at her side, they tended to Lord Hesin’s corpse.
They knelt upon the floor of what had once been a home. Stripped away after one of its inhabitants offered defiance, or so she had been told, the possessions of those that had dwelled within the structure remained. Tapestries decorated the walls, tiny figurines lay scattered where children had left them, and furniture carved from charom stems appeared worn. Their home had been filled with life. Now, only death dwelled within.
With her lover’s aid, she and Yisi carefully closed the large gash across Hesin’s stomach. Stripping him naked, they began to wrap his body in slinion silk. The black material clung tightly to his skin, helping to preserve his body until they could return to Domani. Stopping at his neck, they repaired his tunic before dressing him once more.
Vixin looked down at his face. Cold and dead, she saw the old scars where the claws of a lixidion had torn across his features, leaving him mangled. She closed his remaining eye, knowing her mother had been the one to tend to his wounds long ago. Xenia had saved his life. It was no secret that The Hesian Order had aided in ending hers.
She felt no animosity. How could she? Xenia’s horrid deeds had sealed her own fate, and Hesin’s Truthseekers merely brought her crimes to light. The man had grown to become more than an echo of the past to her, more than a mere reminder of her mother’s fall, though now he was a cold corpse in her care.
Vixin was surprised when she sensed her sister’s approach, for never had Nafalya allowed her presence to go entirely unconcealed. Even Yisi turned her head to the door the moment before it opened, able to feel the radiating soul of a trueborn Vaid exposed and open for all nearby Vaidspawns to feel.
The princess that entered appeared anything but powerful, however. With her features cold beneath her hood, Nafalya drifted through the room towards the corpse.
“It’s good that you’ve come. We’re about to conceal his face,” Vixin said softly as she invited her sister to join them.
Nafalya knelt, placing her knees at either side of his head as she studied his features for a final time. “That is not his face.” She picked up his mask. The white steel was pristine after they had cleaned his bloody handprint.
Vixin rested a comforting hand upon Nafalya’s shoulder, receiving nothing but an emotionless gaze. Her silver eyes were dim and lifeless.
Yisi assisted her lover as they began to wrap his head together. When his mangled features were concealed, they pulled up his dark hood and wrapped his mummy in his dark cloak.
Nafalya placed his mask atop his face wrappings. Bowing her head, she began to whisper. “Of all the beings I’ve encountered beyond House Vaid, you alone have earned my fondness. May your rest never be disturbed, Hesin.”
Hardly did either woman dare to break the silence that followed, though Vixin spoke when it was clear that her sister intended to say nothing further. “I’m sorry, Nafalya. Hesin, Atrix, this place has-”
“The boy is fine. He fainted. Nothing more,” Nafalya stated without emotion. She touched Hesin’s metal cheek. “He’ll live.”
Vixin nodded. “Of course. I merely worry for him. What he witnessed was-”
“Chaos. The reason we dirty our hands.” Nafalya stood up. “He witnessed the lesson his grandfather knows well. The lesson his father learned. One I have learned.”
They watched her walk slowly to the door.
“Curious.” Nafalya sighed and shook her head. “I’m so very tired.”
When she was gone, Vixin frowned. Two of her sisters had lost the men they loved. Nafalya would rest in an empty bed. As she pondered what they had endured, feeling a lonely ache inside her at the thought, a plan slowly began to take form.
“What now?” Yisi asked as she rose from the corpse’s side.
“Now?” Vixin joined her. “Now we let Lord Hesin rest. Tonight I’d see us escape all this death and focus on the living, if only until the morning.”
***
Beneath the moonlight, Salduin stood before the corpse of his friend. They had placed Hesin atop the Wonak’s holy altar at the very edge of the creature’s shell near its neck. A place where the local population worshipped their false gods and praised The Kromak, its purpose now was to allow the servants of The Empire to look upon the man that had worked to keep them safe for decades, brought out from the shadows to lie beneath the open night sky.
A ring of Truthseekers knelt around their master, praying for his soul. Even in their grief, they remained ready to strike down any who sought to touch him as men and women occasionally joined and departed the small crowd that had gathered to add to their silent prayers.
Only Salduin had been permitted to approach. Standing beside the altar, he rested a hand upon his friend’s cold chest and sighed. Never had he felt so old.
They had been the final two of Dominax’s original advisors after Clin departed. Now he stood alone, the last man standing, a lone colossus bowing his head to his dead friend.
Among the ashes of Nitri they had stood together. The survivors who remembered that day were becoming rarer every year. Soon they would all be gone, and the memory of their lost home would be nothing more than sterile history. Future generations would see only the ruins and graves of Nitri. Salduin still remembered the life that had once filled the settlement’s now decaying walls.
Now Hesin was gone, and another memory of what they had lost was forgotten.
In his dark silence, Salduin closed his eyes. His grief spilled with a whisper. “Be at peace, my old friend. One day we shall meet again.”
Lost in thought, he was surprised when he heard the voice of a young Sage. “Lord Salduin?” Turning, he watched her bow. “I do not wish to disturb you, though Supreme Mother Vixin has requested your presence. I can lead you to her majesty, if you’d like.”
“Vixin?” Deep within thoughts of death, he required a moment to return to the land of the living. “Ah, I suppose. Did she grant you the reason?”
The girl merely shook her head and turned, waiting for him to follow. Glancing down at Hesin’s mummy, reluctant to leave his side, Salduin broke from his sorrow and allowed her to lead the way. Guards immediately surrounded the large Lord to escort him, as The God Emperor’s caution had only tightened in light of recent events.
Hardly did they have to walk far. The guards squeezed through the narrow pathways as they followed the Sage. When they reached the former residence of the dead Chief nearby, the girl led Salduin inside. Only within the grasp of the building that The God Emperor had made into his stronghold did the guards finally bleed away.
The structure was large though hardly opulent. Far cleaner than the surrounding buildings, dark stone walls were etched with ancient depictions of forgotten raids and battles.
She led him up several flights of stairs before they reached a final door. Bowing her head, she offered a smile as she backed away. “Enjoy, my lord.”
Left alone, Salduin heaved open the door. Inside, he was met by the sight of a grand chamber decorated with hanging silks. A massive circular cushion of human design dominated the center of the chamber, replacing whatever furniture had belonged to the now dead Chief. A single horrid night had passed since their occupation of the moving village, and already the interior of The God Emperor’s chosen bedchamber was a blend of human and Arkos decor.
So too were the beauties waiting for him. Two daughters of Dominax, two goddesses, Vixin and Yisi lounged upon the massive cushion. Eying their prey, they had replaced their human outfits for Arkos silks.
On her side, Yisi’s emotionless expression was concealed by a thin veil draped beneath her eyes, mirroring her lover’s outfit. Vixin greeted him by rolling onto her back, parting her flawless legs to offer an invitation. Her finger dragged over the thin loincloth of green silk resting between her thighs, all that protected her most intimate area from his sight.
“Welcome, Salduin,” Vixin smirked, caressing Yisi’s hip. “We’ve been expecting you.”
As if struck by the blow of his own hammer, Salduin started blankly before collecting himself. “Vixin…Yisi…what is this?”
Vixin rolled her flexible body forward onto her stomach without closing her legs. “An oasis. Why don’t you join us?”
Lips tightening, urges left dormant by his sorrow flared to life. “Forgive me. Now is not the time.”
“Now is precisely the time that pleasure is needed the most.” Vixin climbed from the cushion and approached with swaying hips. “I know you are suffering, Salduin. We have been surrounded by blood and death, and there is surely more upon the horizon. Tonight, while we both draw breath, I’d have us focus upon life.”
The sight of her called to him, yet he didn’t approach. “Vixin, his death is too fresh. I’m not sure if I can.”
“Let us help.” She took his meaty hand, worn from countless battles, though alive in her delicate grasp. “Feel that? Your blood still pumps through your veins. We’re alive, Salduin. Until either of our hearts stop, I’d like to feel your warmth against me. Inside me.”
Salduin savored her touch, allowing her to lure him closer. “Why now? Why in the wake of such a loss?”
Vixin reached up to caress his cheek as she thought of Cendra and Nafalya’s empty beds. “I require no reason to enjoy the father of my daughter, yet in truth…” She hesitated. “I realize the impossibility of knowing how much time we have remaining together. This desert has left my sisters alone, and I don’t know what else shall come.”
To her surprise, he dared to smile. It was a fragile tug upon his lips, a calm expression that bled through his sorrow. “Ah Vixin, death is not something to fear. I shall mourn Hesin, though he is surely at peace.”
“So he is, yet until either of us three join him, I’d like to spend tonight with the man and woman I love the most while we all draw breath.” Vixin glanced back at Yisi before guiding Salduin closer to the cushion. “Let us leave death behind, if only for a moment. Let us celebrate life while we still possess it.” The seriousness of her tone eased as she smirked. “After all, Yisi and I didn’t steal these outfits from my father’s newest Arkos concubines only to go untouched.”
He felt her pressing against him. Her body was soft, warm, alive. His heart began to quicken as he watched Yisi’s fingers idly explore her own svelte curves, feeling the desires of a living man forming an ache within his loins. “A celebration of life, then?” His own teachings within The Order of Sages reinforced the importance of savoring the pleasures of life.
Vixin nodded, moving seductively as she guided him onto the cushion. Large enough to fill the center of the room, it offered more than enough room for all three of them.
“I can’t believe you convinced me to wear this,” Yisi muttered in quiet annoyance as her bondmate eased onto her back beside her. Watching Salduin undress, the two women momentarily pulled aside their exotic veils and pressed their lips together.
Having been surrounded by Sages teaching the beauty of incestuous pleasure each day, one could almost grow desensitized to such notions. As Salduin watched the two beauties before him, however, both bound by Dominax’s blood, his manhood began to grow stiff at the sight. As he had when he first sealed them as Bondmates, he couldn’t help but drink in the sight of their gorgeous forms, sister kissing sister.
Hands exploring, Vixin offered a soft moan. She parted from her lover only to invite Salduin to rest between them. She dueled against his sorrow with the pleasure of her hand, her soft fingers teasing his manhood.
No longer was Yisi a virgin girl that blushed with embarrassment. She joined her lover, caressing the cock that had made her a woman. Ever solemn, she allowed only a hint of her interest to show upon her veiled face.
With a warm body pressed against either side of his powerful form, Salduin permitted himself to drown in his arousal. His sorrow remained, yet he drifted into an oasis of pleasure, a refuge from the grief that threatened to consume him. As Vixin had hoped, he allowed himself to feel their living flesh, placing a hand upon both of their rears.
Exotic silks concealed the treasures between their thighs, yet he could feel the warmth of their loins as they remained against him. Their bodies yearned, eager to feel his touch.
The smile beneath Vixin’s thin veil was obvious, though Yisi’s arousal was a subtle thing. Salduin had claimed her virginity. He was the father of Jinilya, a girl she loved as her own daughter. She permitted him to see her curiosity more than most, tightening her grip around his cock.
When Salduin uttered a moan, Vixin moved to claim her prey. She climbed up to straddle him. With only her silk loincloth separating them, she ran her hands over her body to reveal all he had the privilege of enjoying. He watched as she touched her perky breasts with a teasing smirk, savoring every second of her seduction.
When at last she reached down to pull aside the silk, she gasped with lust as she rubbed his cock against her labia. Wet and warm, her royal sex begged to be explored.
His powerful hands seized her hips as she positioned her loins before lowering herself, groaning loudly as he felt his cock glide inside her. The divine loins of a Vaid clenched tightly around his shaft, a pleasure he’d never grow used to.
Seeing the bliss upon her bondmate’s face, Yisi’s expression couldn’t help but ease as Vixin began to ride him slowly. She found herself blushing with desire, suddenly grateful for her veil.
Salduin’s cock glided deep into Vixin’s vagina, a pairing that had created life once before. A young princess now existed because his sperm had flooded her fertile sex, a girl that now had the chance to enjoy and explore reality. Despite the death that surrounded them, they had created someone new.
He began to rock his hips to match her rhythm, his beliefs solidifying with every pulse of ecstasy that accompanied their mutual movements. He reached over to caress Yisi’s thigh, fingers gliding over soft living flesh.
She wasn’t content to sit idly, however. As Vixin’s eyes fluttered in bliss, Yisi moved to kneel beside her. She explored her lover’s flawless form, her hands running over her flat midriff and up to claim her breasts.
Touched by both lovers, Vixin let her head fall back as she focused upon her pleasure. Her loins pulsated with every grinding movement of her hips. Her nipples throbbed, aching as Yisi gently pinched and rubbed them. Every inch of her body tingled with arousal, a sensation all dead men and women would never feel again.
Hardly would she hoard pleasure solely for herself. Seeing Yisi’s patience growing thin, Vixin uttered a soft moan as she allowed Salduin’s cock to slide from her tight sex. Falling from his lap, she pulled her bondmate down on top of her.
Yisi bit her lip, seeing Vixin’s submission beneath her, only to grow hesitant when Salduin moved behind them and grabbed her hips. With her lover offering a reassuring smile through her thin veil, she finally glanced back to grant the large man a cautious nod.
Vixin savored the sight of Yisi’s pretty features as pleasure bled into the girl’s gaze, hearing Salduin groan as he pushed his cock inside her. A delightful jealousy burned within her, seeing the love of her life enduring the manhood gliding into her tight depths. “Yes, sweet girl. Enjoy the cock that made me a mother.”
Yisi’s head fell against Vixin’s neck, uttering a quiet moan as she felt Salduin begin to thrust. His hips rocked slowly, his hands exploring her smooth rear. Feeling the divine pleasure of her loins, identical to Vixin’s, he closed his eyes and said a silent prayer thanking Dominax for creating such beauties.
The feeling of Yisi’s slim body gently rocking atop hers made Vixin drench her thighs in her own juices. Utterly enthralled by the arousing jealousy she felt, she held her lover close.
Salduin savored her until he could endure no more. Pulling his cock free before it was too late, he fought to calm his lusts, allowing his arousal to cool as he retreated from the brink of his impending orgasm. When he was able to, his manhood returned to Vixin’s tight sex, gliding inside.
Two lovers, two sisters, cast aside their veils entirely as their tongues began to duel. Warm flesh against warm flesh, they enjoyed Salduin’s efforts, his attention switching between them. Despite the recent chaos and death that had followed them across the dunes, for even the room they were in was where the Chief’s body had been discovered, Vixin allowed herself to feel utterly at peace. Never were any of them promised to live another day, yet at the moment, she was alive, and she intended to savor every second she could with the love of her life and the father of her daughter.
Salduin watched the subtle jiggle of Yisi’s tight and slender form as he pounded into her before switching to Vixin’s drenched sex. Two flawless creatures moaned before him, warm and alive, yet the sanctuary they offered could not keep him entirely from his grief.
His knowledge of death made his sorrow no less potent, yet he found comfort in what awaited Hesin. Dominax’s teachings of the afterlife had come from The Creator himself. Never again would Hesin feel the pleasure of living flesh, yet his soul was at peace, fading into a comfortable oblivion.
He closed his eyes to listen to Vixin’s moans. Never would he forget the moment she had stayed with him atop the graves of his lost family. Never could he forget his own experience with death, holding the souls of his dead family a final time. Had it been a dream? A mere hallucination? A vision from The Creator himself? Never could he know with certainty. He knew only that he would see his old friend when at last his time came.
Fueled by pleasure and her own enticing jealousy, Vixin’s body began to tremble as she found her finish. The dead would never feel an orgasm again, and thus she clung to her euphoria, crying out as she enjoyed every agonizing second. When it passed, she was left panting.
When he pulled free of her sex once more, Vixin stopped him before he could enter Yisi. Guiding the girl to get off her, she bit her lip with a devious smirk. “Do you trust me?” she asked her love.
Though suspicious, Yisi nodded. There was no one she trusted more. She proved it when Vixin guided her to lie down on her back.
Moving Yisi’s legs to rest against the girl’s chest, Vixin lowered herself. No doubt her love expected to feel her tongue between her labia. Instead, she offered a slow, wet lick that ran over the girl’s delicate anus. She chuckled, watching her puckered hole clench in surprise.
Salduin watched her continue to lick, hearing Yisi moan hesitantly. His cock ached, seeing one daughter of Dominax pleasure the rear of another.
It was a strange sensation, one that made Yisi’s toes curl as Vixin’s tongue pushed through the clenching resistance of her tiny hole. Blushing as Salduin watched her pleasure, she endured, clinging to her trust.
Vixin granted her tight hole a final loving lick before pulling back, presenting Salduin with Yisi’s ready rear. “Well? You made her a woman. Why not take her final virginity?” she asked, savoring the sweet, clean taste of her lover as it lingered upon her tongue.
“Vixin.” Yisi’s shock came in a harsh whisper. Only her lover’s calming silver gaze reassured her.
“Please, sweet girl. Trust me. Let us explore new pleasures while we can,” Vixin said softly. “After all, I know you’ll love the feeling.”
Visibly nervous despite her serious gaze, she hesitated. As Vixin’s finger began to tease her clenching hole, she finally relented. “And if it…hurts?”
“Oh it will, though only for a moment.” She leaned over to kiss her lover, their tongues meeting. Hearing Yisi moan, she departed her lips and smirked. “You are the bastard of The God Emperor. A little pain won’t defeat you.”
Though Yisi scowled, she offered little resistance as Salduin’s tip rubbed against her puckered entrance. The large man’s gaze dripped with lust, though he offered her his concern. “Are you certain?” he asked.
When both women nodded, he could delay no longer. Gritting his teeth, he endured the exquisite tightness of Yisi’s ass as he pushed inside for the first time.
Vixin grabbed her hand, feeling her squeeze back tightly in response as she endured. Lips parting in pain, Yisi felt him thrust slowly inside her, stretching her unused entrance. Her royal lover caressed her, trying to calm her. Gradually learning to relax her body with Vixin’s help, her pain eased.
Only when she was ready did Salduin begin to rock his hips. He offered gentle thrusts, cautious not to harm her. With every push forward, he endured the divine ecstasy of her clenching tightness.
Slowly adapting, her pain surrendered to pleasure. A new sensation pulsated through her rear with every thrust, making Yisi’s legs tremble against her chest.
Vixin forced the girl’s thighs apart to behold her sex. Unoccupied, her fingers set to work pleasuring her sensitive twat while her other hand explored the girl’s alluring body. With the blood of The God Emperor in their veins, neither would ever physically age. They would remain as beautiful and healthy as they were now, yet age hadn’t killed Hesin.
She watched Salduin thrust, clearly enraptured by the euphoric pleasure of Yisi’s rear. Already had she almost lost him and Jinilya during the riots in Praith. It was no wonder why her father went to war against chaos. She had felt the same fear of nearly losing those she cared for most.
“Go on, Yisi. Cum.” She wanted her love to feel as much pleasure as her body could endure. Until she lost either of them, or until she herself was lost, she intended to savor every second she had with them.
The fear of losing his family had driven her father to conquer the world. She would endure her own fear, clinging to the fact that they still breathed.
With thoughts of Nafalya’s lonely sorrow, she watched Yisi reach her climax.
The girl’s rear tightened further as her body clenched. Already more than driven to his limits after experiencing their loins, Salduin’s manhood could endure no more. With a few final thrusts, he drove himself deep and groaned loudly as he found his own finish.
Vixin’s lips parted in absolute arousal as she watched him pump his seed inside her lover’s rear. Yisi uttered a silent cry as she was flooded, her voice seized by her orgasm until it finally shattered.
Exhausted, deeply satisfied, all three lounged atop the cushion. Resting in each other’s arms, their naked forms were wet with perspiration.
“Salduin The Reformer…” Vixin muttered, utterly spent as she clung to his side. “That is the legacy you deserve.”
He tasted the offered title in the aftermath. Though he hadn’t been the creator of The Order of Sages, he had solidified their teachings and beliefs piece by piece. “The Reformer.” He pondered. Was that how he’d be remembered when his time came? Uttering a hearty laugh with the last of his strength, he offered his gratitude with a kiss upon her cheek.
Lounging, they were content to drift off to sleep together. None would disturb them. Though they rested in the chosen bedchamber of The God Emperor, Vixin knew her father wouldn’t return until morning. He had granted her the use of the room, for even deep into the night, other matters held his attention.
Their peace could not last, though at least until the sun rose upon a dangerous world, they were safe from thoughts of death.
***
Standing upon the dunes, far from the village, The God Emperor stood with his firstborn. Beneath unseen clouds that gathered in the black sky, they prepared to enact their vengeance.
Surrounded by a ring of burning torches, two prisoners stood tied to pyres. Mutilated and bloodied, the captured Tolkarik assassins were looked upon only by Truthseekers flanking their ruler. Their Grand Master was dead. They had come to see those who had assisted his murderer burn.
In the quiet of the desert, the Arkos women waited for their deaths. They had offered nothing. Now, without tongues, they were no longer of use.
Dominax’s silver eyes glowed as he lifted his hand before him. Fire raged in his grasp. Cendra mirrored her father. Assassins had nearly claimed her son. Her own fire flickered upon her fingertips.
Nafalya had a right to join them, yet she had chosen to remain in her chamber, alone in her solitude. Dominax permitted her absence, for he would avenge Hesin for her. His murderer had escaped them, for now. Two of those who served the Dril and The Kromak had not.
The God Emperor offered no words. They were not criminals being executed before onlooking crowds. They were blood enemies, beings that had caused the death of his trusted advisor. Beings that had nearly caused the death of his grandson.
As he thought of Hesin’s bloody corpse, as he remembered the blood that had dripped from Cliax’s neck, he unleashed his flames. They leapt from his fingertips, igniting the pyre before him. He turned to his daughter. “Now, my flower.”
Obeying his command, so too did Cendra’s power hurl from her grasp. The second pyre was ignited by her flames. The rising fire began to lick at the flesh of the prisoners, making them writhe.
As she listened to their agonized screams, the rage that had poured through her after witnessing Cliax’s injuries withered. Though she stood firm at her father’s side, she looked away in disgust.
The God Emperor merely stared. The reflection of the flames flickered in his hard gaze as he watched them burn.
All who sought to harm his family would meet his wrath.
